Thank you for visiting and shopping at ICO. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. This policy applies to all orders placed on our website, https://inventaireico.com/.

The parties have expressly requested that this Shipping Policy and all related documents be drawn up in English. Les parties ont expressément demandé que cette politique d'expédition et tous les documents s'y rattachant soient rédigés en anglais.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (within Canada)

We primarily use Canada Post and Purolator for domestic shipments. The available services and estimated delivery times will be presented to you at checkout based on your location. Options may include:

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: Canada and the United States. International shipping options and estimates will be provided at checkout.

Please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur with international shipments due to customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ICO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This applies particularly to international orders.

Damages

ICO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
